Please read these terms of use carefully before registering, accessing, or using the Oro Vault Money Services (defined below). These terms and conditions form a legal contract ("Agreement") between you and Oro Vault I-Technology Private Limited (“Oro Vault Money/Oro Vault/Company”) with its registered office at 7C, 7th Main Road, Sri Angalaparameshwari Temple, Kammagondanahalli, Jalahalli West, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560015, India. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree or do not wish to be bound by these terms, you should not use the Services and should terminate the Services and/or uninstall the mobile application. We may amend these terms and conditions by posting an updated version on our website and mobile app. The updated version takes effect immediately upon posting.

Definition

• “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Oro Vault I-Technology Private Limited.
• “You”, “Yours”, “Yourself”, “User” refers to any individual or corporate body using the App, including users of services provided by Oro Vault.
• “Oro Vault App” refers to the mobile application(s) providing Oro Vault services, including business partners and service providers.
• “Oro Vault Services” includes all services such as purchase/investment of Gold and similar investments.
• “Business Partners” refers to individuals or groups with whom Oro Vault has a contractual relationship.

Eligibility

By using the Oro Vault App, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• You have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
• You are not impersonating any person or entity. Oro Vault reserves the right to terminate your contract if any misrepresentation is discovered.
• Your provided information and Officially valid document(s) are true and correct.
• You are legally able to purchase/sell Gold and use this Platform.
• You are not registered under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. If this changes, you must inform our business partner immediately.
• You should seek independent tax advice. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute tax advice.

Registration

To use the Services, register on the Oro Vault App and provide accurate, complete information. Keep your account and contact information updated. Upon signing up, you are entitled to an Oro Vault Account.

Oro Vault Services

An Oro Vault Account allows you to access the App, use Payment Gateway Services, and purchase Gold. The account also enables you to browse through Oro Vault Services, maintain KYC details, and access financial and non-financial products on the App. The Company grants you a limited license to use the App for availing Services.

Placing of Order

You can purchase Gold on the Platform on a pre-payment basis. The Company and Augmont reserve the right to accept or reject your order. The quantity of Gold purchased will be stored in a vault on your behalf.

Pricing and Payment Policy

The price displayed on the App represents the market-linked price of Gold. Payment for any Customer Order depends on the prices displayed at the relevant time. Taxes will be chargeable as per government regulations.

Delivery of Gold

For delivery, you must provide a valid address and meet the requirements set by the Company and Augmont.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

There is no minimum lock-in period for investment. Once payment is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be canceled. You can opt out of auto-investing through the App.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Oro Vault Money website and app belong to Oro Vault I-Technology Pvt Ltd. Use of this material is restricted to personal, non-commercial purposes.

Termination

Oro Vault may terminate your contract and restrict your access to the App if you violate these terms of use.

Limitation of Liability

Oro Vault is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

Indemnification

You shall indemnify Oro Vault Money and its affiliates against any claims or demands arising from your breach of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or other Policies.

Force Majeure

Force Majeure Events are beyond Oro Vault Money's control and include events like war, riots, fire, flood, acts of God, etc.

Dispute, Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by Indian law. The courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising from these Terms of Use.
